Overview
Assistants form the core of Seirime as a product. They can be applied in any business domain, tackling a wide variety of problems, serving all types of customers. In order to have your assistant look, talk and act in line with your team, some customization is required. That's what this page is about!
Custom styling
The default assistant widget style can easily be customized to your company brand. Download the Seirime assistant CSS style sheet on the Playground, edit it and load in your custom stylesheet after the Seirime's base stylesheet.
Formality and branding
The instruction
field of the assistant sets the tone in which the assistant responds. The formality of a support
assistant for a lawyer office would for example be a lot different as compared to a hip skateboard shop. By providing
the assistant with the necessary context of your business and the manner in which you communicate to your customers, you can
use the assistant as a steward of your brand.

Multi-language support
The assistant will adapt to the language your customer is talking in seamlessly. The chat widget controls itself also support multiple languages. This language can be configured in the Seirime bootstrap script.
